What is NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the most effective personal development
process known. It uses the way the brain naturally works to transform problems
into solutions.
NLP studies patterns of
excellence, so you can learn to do what successful people and
geniuses do. Mostly it works with what people do outside of
conscious awareness.
NLP finds the "programs" (strategies) of how people succeed. If
you come to us to cure an allergy, we'll help you do exactly
what people who get over allergies do when they get well. If you
want peak athletic performance, we'll help you learn to do what
successful athletes do — how to consistently perform at your
best.
NLP is famous for quickly resolving:
***Phobias and fears, such as public speaking
***Depression, anxiety, and mood swings
***Self-esteem issues
***Allergies and other health problems
and for enhancing:
***Mental and athletic performance
***Communication
***Relationships
NLP is also the method of
choice for enhancing personal performance, whether mental or
athletic.
NLP has wide application in business, where it works to enhance
motivation, improve communication, and boost sales and
performance.
Since its beginnings in the early 1970s, NLP's rapid evolution
has kept it in the forefront of personal and professional
development techniques. Today NLP continues to improve, creating
still better and faster methods of helping people achieve the
results they want.
