Leaf announced the start of a pan-European road show
to demonstrate a fully functional version of the
Leaf AFi - a next-generation, medium-format digital
camera aimed at professional photographers.
Previewed as a prototype at Photokina, the Leaf AFi
is now ready for demonstrations to selected
audiences. Specifically designed for high-resolution
photography, the Leaf AFi product line is comprised
of three models: Leaf AFi 7, Leaf AFi 6 and Leaf AFi
5. The road shows will begin in the UK and travel
across Europe to Russia, providing an exciting
first-look at a revolutionary medium format digital
camera solution that perfectly matches the specific
demands of high-resolution digital shooting.
Leaf AFi digital camera
The Leaf AFi provides professional photographers with a 6 x 6 medium-format digital camera solution in a compact design. The Leaf AFi distinguishes itself from competitive offerings by offering high speed, up to 70 images per minute, combined with a very large, ergonomically design screen and body. The result is a camera that combines leading technologies into one intuitive package that is very simple and intuitive to use. The Leaf AFi is flexible, easily adaptable, and fully compatible with the Leaf digital back technology.
Leaf AFi - Schneider AutoFocus Digital lenses
Designed and developed with input from the world’s leading photographers, the Leaf AFi incorporates the latest Schneider AutoFocus Digital (AFD) lenses. These lenses have been speciﬁcally created for use with 30+ MP digital camera backs - offering optimal focus while making the best use of high-resolution CCD sensors.
