Acer Aspire AS3050, the 14.1-inch widescreen laptop powered by AMD Mobile Sempron 3400+ processor at 1.8GHz, is available for $523.99.

Windows XP Media Center Edition AS3050 notebook is equipped with ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 integrated graphics providing 1280×800 display resolution and comes with 512MB of DDR2 main memory. This affordable Acer Aspire incorporates modem, LAN and wireless connection.

Regarding data storage, Acer Aspire AS3050 provides 40GB hard drive with 5400rpm rotational speed and a DVD/CD-RW Combo drive.

It also has PC Card slot, VGA and S-Video TV-out, as same as three USB ports and 5-in-1 card reader.

The Aspire AS3050 notebook weights 6.2 lbs with 6-cell lithium ion battery, providing claimed 2.6 hours of operation between charges.
