In addition, the Latitude XT is claimed to have a 25% brighter screen than its competitors.

According to the previously leaked specifications, the XT features the Core 2 Duo Ultra Low Voltage U7600 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, the ATI RS600ME/SB600 chipset with the Radeon Xpress 1250 integrated graphics, and support for up to 3GB of RAM. Its LED backlight display has a 1280×800 resolution and provides an optionally enhanced outdoor viewing capability. Regarding communications, the XT supports 802.11n draft wireless standard, and wireless broadband 3G (HSDPA, EV-DO Rev. A) connectivity.
