» i-Blue 757 Bluetooth solar powered GPS
(December 2006)

The next best thing in GPS systems is here. It is solar powered and has Bluetooth too. We are talking about the Transystem i-Blue 757. This fab clamshell design device is from the house of Transystem of Taiwan.
It features 16 channel
Nemerix GPS receiver and an embedded rechargeable 1000mAh Li-Ion
battery. Show it some sun, and it will work without a purr for
up to100 hours, and if you can’t then it will be good for 30
hours. With the Permanent Standby feature the Bluetooth stays on
(using very little juice) even when no connection is active.
When the connection to your PocketPC or Smartphone or Notebook
comes alive, the 757 will connect with the GPS receiver part,
and due to the chipset’s sensitivity it will regain a fix within
a few seconds. When you switch off the Bluetooth, the GPS module
catches its ZZZs again!
Features:
• Always “Power On”
• Compact size
• Built-in rechargeable 1000 mAh Lithium battery
• Fashion look, shining design
