Toshiba announced the introduction of its first 3D-ready laptop for the U.S. market, the Satellite A665 3D Edition, powered by NVIDIA 3D Vision technology.

The Satellite A665 3D Edition is boosted by an Intel Core i7-740QM processor, 4GB of RAM. It packs a 640GB hard drive and a Blu-ray Disc Rewriteable (RE) and DVD SuperMulti drive with LabelFlash offering HD Blu-ray Disc playback. The notebook supports Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n and includes eSATA/USB port, HDMI port, 5-in-1 card reader, webcam, harman/kardon stereo speakers and Dolby Advanced Audio and multitouch touchpad.

The Satellite A665 3D Edition will be released on 20 June for about $1600.
