CPU-Z

CPU-Z is a diagnostic tool that provides information on your CPU, including: processor name and vendor, core stepping and process, processor package, internal and external clocks, clock multiplier, partial overclock detection, processor features, supported instructions sets, L1 and L2 cache information, location, size, speed, and technology.

This new release adds the following :New AMD processor support : Athlon 64 "Brisbane".
New Intel processor support : Core 2 Duo E6650, E6750, E6850
New Chipset support : VIA P4M890, P4M900.
New SouthBridge support : VIA VT8237A.
New Sensor Monitoring support : nVIDIA multi-GPU.
New Application support : Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Apple iTunes.
New Security support : User Account Control (UAC).
Preliminary Intel Processor support : Celeron M 520-530, Pentium E1060-E1040-E1020.
Preliminary Windows Vista support : Power Options, Experience Index, Sidebar and Gadgets.
Preliminary Benchmark support : Windows Vista Performance Rating.

Name and number. Core stepping and process. Package. Core voltage.
Internal and external clocks, clock multiplier.
Supported instructions sets.
Cache information.
Main board
Vendor, model and revision. BIOS model and date.
Chipset (northbridge and southbridge) and sensor.
Graphic interface.
Memory
Frequency and timings.
Module(s) specification using SPD (Serial Presence Detect) : vendor, serial number, timings table.
System
Windows and DirectX version.

CPU-ZInstall and Remove CPU-Z does not need to be installed. Just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files, and that's it.
