IconCool Editor Features :

IconCool Editor can create and edit icons for Windows XP in 32-bit color depth with an alpha channel. Now, you can easily create wonderful, semi-transparent XP icons.

IconCool Editor can extract icons from EXE, DLL, ICL and other files, and send the extracted icons to the edit area, then save them back.

IconCool Editor can edit 10 icons at the same time.

IconCool Editor can send the edited icon to your AIM messenger and change your buddy icons.

IconCool Editor has 50 image filters, including Blurring, Sharpening, Embossing, Diffusing, Color Balance, and more.

IconCool Editor has 20 image effects, including Linear Gradient, Wave, Noise, Arbitrary Rotation, and more.

You can easily change the color depth of icons using the following bits:1, 4, 8 and 24. You can change the size of icons, selecting sizes from 1x1 to 255x255.

Editor can open the following image formats:
BMP; DIB; EMF; GIF; ICB; ICO; JPG; JPEG; PBM; PCD; PCX; PGM; PNG; PPM; PSD; PSP; RLE; SGI; TGA; TIF; TIFF; VDA; VST; WBMP; WMF; ICL; EXE; DLL and so on.
