IconCool Studio

IconCool Studio is a complete solution for 32 bit icon and Vista icon editing, modifying and creating. In addition to icon and cursor formats, it also supports editing of GIF, JPG and PNG image files. The program includes standard image editing tools, as well as a variety of filters and effects. Other features included support for PSD plug-ins, Animation GIF Builder, integrated icon search feature and more.
